Throughout the Home
Surfaces are dusted and wiped, floors are thoroughly vacuumed and mopped, and high-touch areas are cleaned, creating a clean and cohesive feel from room to room.
Living Areas & Bedrooms
Mirrors and glass are polished, surfaces wiped down and reset, and the space is left feeling calm, tidy, and in order.
Kitchen
Counters, backsplash, sink, and appliance exteriors are cleaned and refreshed. Cabinet fronts are spot cleaned, the microwave is wiped out, and the space is left clean, reset, and ready for use.
Bathrooms
All surfaces are cleaned and sanitized, including sinks, toilets, tubs, and showers. Mirrors and fixtures are polished, and the space is left fresh and restored.
Transitions & Utility Spaces
Surfaces are dusted, floors are cleaned, and these transitional areas are reset to flow seamlessly with the rest of the home.
Deep Clean
A more detailed, hands-on service designed to remove buildup and restore areas that go beyond routine maintenance.
Priced at .25-.50 per Sq. Ft. • $350 Minimum
Includes everything in the Maintenance Clean, with an added level of detail throughout the home. Baseboards, doors, and door frames are fully detailed, walls are spot cleaned to remove scuffs and marks, and window sills, ledges, and floor edges are carefully refreshed.
Kitchens and bathrooms receive deeper, more focused attention, with buildup addressed around cabinet fronts, fixtures, tile, and grout. The oven is also given a light interior refresh, leaving the space feeling more fully restored and ready for daily use.
Finishing touches, including floor care and trash removal, are completed with every service to leave the home feeling clean, balanced, and refreshed.
